On the [redacted] of June I purchased a Samsung 16GB S(unlocked) Smartphone for $It was shipped to my home address and then my family shipped the item to my place of work overseas (I am in Cuba with the Navy)Upon receiving the item I discovered that 232Tech had sent a wrong itemThey sent a (for parts only) SSamsung 16GB smartphone with a foreign charging deviceAfter contacting 232Tech via their website's messaging center and sending both the wrong product back to their address with a letter enclosed (explaining the shipping error) they neglected to contact me back with a resolution, exchange, or a refund
Order# [redacted] on [redacted] We have lost a family member and now contacted apple to gain access to our Ipad password and apple account or reset them Just talked to Micheal on Tech to get purchase record for my IPad purchased in 2013, basically I was asking him to provide a paper saying I bought it from them and hopefully they can provide proof to apple that this is a valid purchase (apple could not verify that I had bought this from [redacted] and their records shows an earlier date) Techsimply says they have no record of where this item came from years ago!!! was it stolen? Used? new? They basically say years is too long for us to keep records? How do they do their taxes? Should I call IRS and ask them to get the records? How can a business not have the records of where the item came from? Mr Micheal who refused to give me a staff id or any other form of last name very bold and dry tells me: This is from years ago, we do not keep any records, it is what you
