I can't thank Mica and his team at the Lakeland store enough for such an outstanding experience. The stress of remodeling a home is so incredible, from shopping, to finding the contractors to do the work, etc. When we started shopping for flooring to complete our remodel, we braced ourselves for yet more hassle and run arounds. To say we were skeptical at that point would have been an understatement, and indeed, the first several stores we shopped at had already left a bad taste in our mouths. Mica immediately put all of our fears to rest and by the time we set up a measurement for him to come to our home, my wife and I were already set to purchase from him. He measured our house the very next day and we were so happy with the products and selection, as well as his sincerity and empathy to everything we had gone through, we immediately wrote him a check. Our laminate and carpet was installed less than a week later, and his professional installers did an excellent job.
