The company operates under many names and phone numbersI got them advertised on the internet as "sameday"Likely their *** ads mimicking another reputable business with the name "same day" Every number is call forwarded to other phonesThe quoted a free estimate visit to fix my fridge or pay visit fee should we not want to fix the applianceWhen the man came he didn't quote my husband and put in a relay which took minutes and charged us $plus tax! My husband trusted them because he knew I had called and gotten quotes, etcThe small fridge only cost When I called to discuss no one would return my call and the telephone numbers on their invoice are all call forwarded to other phones, quoting 24/appliance-service and fast locksmith service ***
This company operates under various names, their main site "[redacted]/" does not work and they go by other names such as "24/7 Appliance Services" I think it is all a [redacted] operation.
I have a whole slew of issues with what happened:
1) They said the repair man will be there to fix our appliance in 1 hour, and in total he was 2.5 hours late.
2) They said it would cost $100-$120 to repair a clog in our washer, including $50 for service call and we agreed. It ended up costing $150 and would have been more if we paid by credit card, where they didn't state if its with tax or without and without they don't charge tax.
3) The repairman opened up half the stuff and said If I continue it'll be $150, or you can just give me $60 now. When we called the guy that said it would be $100-120, he hung up and did not want to even meet us half way.
4) The repairman himself was very rude, and was not able to speak clearly, so that didn't help in anyway.

Since they are not member on Revdex.com just recommended on that company dryer repair with in 2 hours that I call them great service
