At this time, I have been contacted directly by 24/7 Career Services Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:...
The company has contacted me by phone, and has left a message. In the voicemail, I was asked me to "come to the office" but they did not state a reason as to why I should come to the office. There is no mention of any issues I have with the company, nor any issues the company has with me. They have sent me no other correspondence.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by 24/7 Career Services Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have been in contact with Career Svcs. Inc. They insist that I have to come in person and sign documents in order to be refunded. Unfortunately, I have not found the time to go to there; I live in Queens, and they are in Manhattan. So, unless they could come up with a solution that is more efficient, I will just have to wait for a day when I am free to see them in person.
