Owner is a predatorHe overcharged and under deliveredBeware of over billing and undisclosed feesOur moving day should have been positive and was negative dealing with the owner of this company who wouldn't take credit or apologize for his workers' slowness and taking extensive breaks but he was instead defensiveOur neighbors observed lots of smoke breaks and we moved the remainder of our belongings while a worker was on the clock billing us for his time, but he was sitting in the moving truck looking at his phone while we finished his jobThe workers were kind and courteousThey were also careful with our belongingsThe owner told us he wouldn't charge us for their breaks, but at the end of the day he charged us for every single break (and there were a lot of them) plus two hundred dollars in previously undisclosed feesOur move time was significantly longer than it should have beenSave yourself the hassle and go with another company
This company was excellent in every wayAll the guys were very hard-working and went well above and beyond.They help to move us from a square-foot basement home and there were some extremely heavy pieces they had to get up the stairsi would recommend these guys to anyoneThank you for making the move less stressful on us , We could not of done it without you! Thank you
I give them a $deposite on 03/12/& I called to cancel service on 03/20/I was told the fee was non-refundableHe did not tell me fee was non- refundable & did not give me any thing in writing or even a email
Manager's name is EdwardSupervisor of the move was JamesWe specifically requested men with the truck and they sent men without notifying usCosts are considerably more as a resultThe 3rd man, Earl, used the bathroom and plugged up the toiletHe did not notify us of this and took at least minutes the following day to unplug itEarl was also loud, vulgar and annoying throughout the hours of the move The drive between Fountain Hills and Scottsdale is a minute car drive and they took an hour and minutes with the truckThey were still sitting in the driveway when we leftThey did not set up the queen sized bed in the guest bedroomIn contacting Edward, the manager, he responded that he had never had a bad report on Earl and apologized for the bathroom incidentHe said that he would talk with all men and get back to usThat was days ago and no contact from himHis response to everything was that it would have cost us much more with anyone else!

I am extremely extremely happy with the outcome , my name is *** I moved several times in the last few years , I was very skeptical at first because the economic rate that they have , I spoke with at the operations manager he was extremely helpful very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable with the industry , James and his crew showed up they were moving fast and diligent extremely hard-working guys , I live in a four bedroom house ft.² the move only took nine hours and my bill was the same exact quote that I got over the phone with Ed These guys save me over $on my move !! Which the same statement Ed told me over the phone but I didn't believe him until I saw the bill , thank you so much you guys are awesome I'm definitely will recommend you to all my friends and family !!!Thanks

Saw an ad in the money mailer for a FLAT RATE move We were moving in weeks so I calied them and was advised men for hours $ Had owner come by for estimate and explainedNO BOXES my wife and I would move themTHE ITEMS TO BE MOVED 7pc King size master bdrm set, Queen size mattress and box spring only, sleeper sofa, desk and hutch sets, pc entertainment centerWasher and Dryer, Fridge, circular Patio table and chairs, rectangular patio table and chairs, Viking bbq and finally book shelves He stated better with men and he estimated probably to hrs NOTHING WAS SIGNED About weeks before our closing I called to follow up On the day of the move men and foot truck arrived at am Believe it or not they filled the truck with only half the items They delivered it miles to the new house, unloaded it and went back to the old house and filled it again (NOTEit took them minutes to load the fridge using a hand dolly rather than appliance straps) Long and short of it they filled the truck again and I had to transport some stuff as they couldn’t get it into the truckThey billed me $ I paid cash balance on CC which I am now disputing They totally destroyed desk top by laying it top down on the deck and then dragging it on the deck and put a hole in the king size mattress Owner advised he would repair if so we wouldn’t even notice it THEY USED AN IRON ON PATCH on the mattress
