I have contacted 24-7 re: my luggage that had a broken wheel. Sent pictures and no
response. Followed up again many times with no response! How do I get through to this company? Have even left my email and phone number on their website via their
webmail for I had to fill out. This has been going on since the first week in June. Is this
really a company or a front for a company? jo-ann hall. 970 925 2810. [email protected]. I have even used both my email addresses including
[email protected]. along with a note to leave a message and phone number in case I have to return the call. When one must fill out their form, using their format, there is no way to copy and paste so I could keep a copy of what was sent. What good is a warranty if customer cannot get through to 24-7 Intl.? Miserable problem!
I responded to customer twice by email with all the necessary information that she needs to have her bag be replacedI also contacted her over the phone as well

what good is a 10 year warranty, if all the warranty papers are filled out & no one responds, I purchased a set of luggage and had a defective part, filled out the warranty papers as directed even got a confirmation "thanking" me for filling it out - Still have not heard a thing, please someone contact me, I had to give a one star even to send it but I am disgustingly unhappy
