This company has FAILED to fix the problem ! I have called the police and credit card company to cancel payment ! "Key Error" still appears on my dash ! Very POOR service and VERY POOR repair people. !

My husband locked his keys in his *** *** on 7/28/ Even though the service said within minit took over an hour The main dispatcher called me min after I requested service indicating that the key lock technition was unable to reach me and left a messageNO MESSAGE- and if she could reach my why couldn't he? So she connected me with him 3rd party and he said he was on his way minutes later, because traffic was bad, he came to where the car was It took him less than minto unlock and provided us with a $dollar bill So yes, I understand that if you don't have AAA and have to use emergency lockout services, you will pay more But here are my issues
