Shortly after receiving lock smith services through Quick Pick Lock in Seattle, I received a phone call from the phone number associated with this business to assess my customer experienceThe lady I spoke with asked me how much I was chargedI stated I was charged $She said this was the correct priceI let her know the person who let me into my home originally tried charging me $170, and only after I burst into tears from hearing this astronomical price (their website states their services start at $and are "the cheapest in town, guaranteed"), the locksmith said he would settle for $70." She responded "well, he only charged you $so it doesn't matter, does it?" I responded "I'm aware of what actually happened, I'm asking you what you do in situations when customers ARE charged $170...do you tell them THAT was the correct price?" The women then became very irritated and yelled at me "IT DOESN'T MATTER! YOU WERE ONLY CHARGED $70." I responded "Ma'm, I do not understand why you're yelling at me, it seems a little sketchy that your business is stating $online, $once the locksmith arrives, and seemingly takes whatever the upset customer is willing to part with." She again stated "It don't matter because you were only charged $70, which is the right price" (interesting, as this is the price I negotiated with the locksmith) "so I'm gonna have to end this service call nowGood bye"I think customers need to be aware of this business because of the vulnerability that is involved when these customers are locked out of homes, businesses and carsThis business seems to take advantage of customers and has falsely advertised their services online

I called their number and asked for an address and that is what I was given.
