Run from this place. They do not stand by their word. Won't return phone calls. Always use the excuse they don't know when mechanic will b in. If u drive it off lot your stuck with the piece of crap

[redacted] First off I want to apologize that you didn't fully understand the meaning of holding a vehicle for a customer. In a situation where a customer wants to hold a vehicle until a future date, we are no longer able to sell or promote that vehicle to sell...to anyone. That means...

turning down potential buyers no matter if the deal would have been a more profitable for the lot. If you had put that money down it was because you had not wanted it to have been sold to anyone but yourself. You were adamant about getting the car. That being said that is why the money is NON-refundable. [redacted] had disclosed that to you more then once the day you had put the $100.00 towards the car and even wrote it on your receipt that you were given. You drove the car, and  the financed deal was even set from my understanding you were just waiting for the remainder of the down payment which you would have had that Friday. There are four sales women all with children,  that work us at 24/7. All are paid by commission that means if they do not sell they do not make money for there families. That is why we all take our jobs very seriously. We are following 24/7 motors policy and you were fully aware of it the day you put the money down to hold the vehicle. I have attached a picture of the carbon-copy of the receipt wrote out to you and have the security system footage where you were told on two occasions the hold was non-refundable. A refund is not an option because of the policy we fully inforce. Thank you 24/7 Motors Inc
