I purchased this bed with the full understanding that I could return it with a full refund of my moneyMy wife and I did not like the bed and called and got a RMAI repacked the bed back in the original boxes which was very difficult because when it was shipped the foam had all the air out of it and in a plastic wrapI packed it back in perfect conditionI received my refund back it was $less that the full price I paidThey said the foam was ripped and another had a tare in itNeither had this when I put it in the boxThe one thing they know is it is hard to repack it back in the box for returnIf the foam tore when I loaded it I understand but $for the foam pad and $for a small tare that was in the foam when I received it is outrageousStay away from these people

This so called company is a FRAUD! I called technician for a minor repair and left me with a broken furnace. He tried to tell me a problem that was not related to the minor issue. My furnace was working when he came and left me with a broken furnace. The technician Saul told me he was with a company and it resulted that he was the supposed owner. I went to the supposed company and it turned out to be an apartment complex. I have made all the necessary reports for this fraud. BEWARE!

I call 24/7 Perfect comfort after another local company came and said I had a bad furnace I call them for second opinion and after there inspection they found out it was ok there was no carbon monoxide leaks .and the problem was just a bird stuck in my exhaust vent. Im glad there's still companies out there you can trust with grate prices like this one thank you again 24/7 perfect comfort

I received my refund back it was $800.00 less that the full price I paid. They said the foam was ripped and another had a tare in it. Neither had this when I put it in the box. The one thing they know is it is hard to repack it back in the box for return. If the foam tore when I loaded it I understand but $400.00 for the foam pad and $400.00 for a small tare that was in the foam when I received it is outrageous. Stay away from these people
