I have put in two orders on March 12, and have not received them as March 20, I have reached out to PreeBrulee multiple times via Facebook, Instagram, and email with no response except after I threatened to file a complaint did they reach out and say that my purchases will be sent out soon (that was almost two weeks ago)They are now taking posts down of Facebook and Instagram to hide the fact that they are lying, taking peoples money and not sending the purchases merchandise

I have been having issues with this company since July. The company responded to the complaint and I was satisfied with what they proposed. However, the issue has yet to fully resolve.
I have attempted to email the company twice and have yet to receive a response. The company does not have a customer service phone number. I did a search online and noticed that some other customers have experienced similar issues.

check for the pre-order dress that took longer than expected from our designer to arrive. We have also sent her a credit for the returned item from her order. The order was placed using a 40% off site-wide discount, and although all orders with these markdowns in accordance with our policy are final sale as listed on the order notes and website we honored a full credit back to her for that one dress. We're very sorry to have caused her such an inconvenience. Please let me know if any other information is needed from us.
