I have been requesting replacements for doors- bathroom door and backdoor, and the bottom step of the stair to be fixed since December and earlierThey have not done so or even emailed me back to notify me of the process of my request, despite me asking them to do so

WE have made all of the repairs requested, aside from the back doorThe backdoor is an extensive project that we are working on getting bids forThe residents have been made aware of this

The staff at 24/properties are a real pleasure to work with! The owner was great, knowledgeable and really made you feel important as their client The entire office works well together and ensure you are updated throughout the process All my questions were always quickly answered and I felt like they really cared about my needs

While someone else has come to view the complaints listed, nothing has been fixed. Also, I have not been called to set up appointments- which has been requested.
