Should have called the Dans before I spoke to State Farm. Even though SF denied the claim, [redacted] still tried to negotiate with the assessor. They are very professional and to the point. No nonsense. Their work was very good. They explained what they were doing and why every step of the way. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
They really are 24/7. Answered my call late at night. Used the latest technology to assess water damage in floor and walls. Had us dried out and ready for repairs in no time. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend their services.
