24/7 Shop At Home

Haven't had such a horrible experience in a long time. First, they didn't ship my item for 5 days. Placed an order on Sat 11/28, heard nothing from them until Friday 12/4 promising they would get it out that day. They did not. I filed a complaint with Amazon to get refunded. Amazon said I would need to deal directly with 24/7SHOPATHOME. Received a call from Kelly on Mon 12/7 apologizing for the delay. She offers a petty discount to keep the order instead of canceling. Naturally, I ask for a better show of customer service due to multiple failures on their part. I get accused of extortion by Kelly.....Seriously..... She then comes back with a near equally pitiful discount, and I agree to take it on the grounds the package goes out that night. Surprise surprise! It doesnt..... I try to call back to talk to someone above Kelly, and she informs me that they "dont speak on the phone to customers". I tried multiple times to call back and speak to someone above her but it gets routed to her every time. Obviously she has a lockdown on letting any examples of her horrid customer service make it to upper management. An absolute joke of a business. Would NEVER use again or recommend. BUYER BEWARE!

I will never work with this company again. Their ad was linked to a full set of bunk beds with mattresses and white glove service. No mattress twice the price of the other companies. Ad was removed after I ordered and now states no mattresses included. Would never had ordered the product for the price they were charging. No white glove service either dropped off turned around an left. Tried to have them returned and they want to charge me $350. for shipping. Their customer service was horrible to work with. No sorry, no we will have someone go back and set it up, nothing.
