I get a call from my tenant in the wee hours of the morning that the gate lock has broken First thing I do when I wake up is call a locksmith I typically try to work with local companies in the neighborhood and hence why I hired this company I had hired a different company in he past, but hey I figured I'd give this new one a try It about a half an hour before a technician arrives He calls and lets me know he's outside I head outside and he's still not there #wasting my timeOnce he actually arrives, He gives me a reasonable price to change the lock and have it re-keyed ($50) to match my current gate keys Great I walk him to the other side of the gate through my unit and he does not even have the courtesy to lock the door behind him Ok It's in the morning before I get to work so I was willing to look past his lack of courtesy and his lack of punctuality I ask how he can take payment and credit was one option Cool He tells me there is a 10% charge to use my card You got to be out your *** mind! I tell him I'm not doing that and eventually tell him quickpay and he agrees I sign off and head to work He calls me a few hours later and tells me the job is done Within half an hour, one of my tenants informs me that her key does not work#not doing the job done the first time He informs me that I can pay $at [redacted] to get new keys Are you kidding me? Why in the world would I pay to have the new lock re-keyed so I can pay for more keys!? Ridiculous! I tell him no, to come fix the error he created Later on in the evening he calls me asking if he could come in the morning because he was tired!? Complete lack of professionalism and lack of care of the work he does He finally arrives and can not figure out the issue His solution? I'll go make more keys I tell him how many I need and he proceeds to ask for additional money! Told him I paid for it to be re-keyed for a reason Fast forward, I speak to John the supervisor and he literally cuts me off and raises his voice at me over the phone Complete waste of time and horrible company with no integrity! Lesson learned, never hire this company again!!

These guys were fast and professionalCame to change the locks on my home at 10:pm after our keys had been stolenBest locksmiths in Chicago according to our previous experience with locksmiths who overcharged for their servicesThese guys were upfront about pricing and changed the locks quickly with high quality partsThe charge was half of what we were charged last time we changed the locks on our unitGo 24/Speedy Locksmith!

I lost my car key and contacted the locksmithI had no money on me and asked the dispatch person if the tech following me home would be a problemThe dispatch person said it would $for the key and it would be no issue for the the tech to follow me to receive paymentWhen the tech showed up he told me that is was going to be $($for the key and $to program the key) and he wasn't going to follow me to my houseWe ended up haggling in the street like a bazaar in a third world country until my wife and I forced him down to $We were stranded and had no one else to reach out too and he took full advantage of it
