An attempt was made with this "business" to get price quotes by their RFQ form two years ago. The place told me they cannot read any RFQs, will not fix the form problem and to mail in the parts list. All I got was the typical code "no bid, no contract" which is code for they never did anything about looking up prices. After that the place sent spams wanting me to go through the same thing again. Complaints were ignored until the Revdex.com was involved and then they replied at the last possible time. NO questions I asked were answered and some date code was sent saying Sept. is the 23rd month. I said to send any dates in DD.MM.YY format, not some random numbers. A mailed reply on 27.8.16 rejecting their ignoring of questions, disrespect potential customers and unprofessional attitude was sent to the Revdex.com which has not shown up as of 4.9.16. I said the date must be the way I showed and all questions answered. None was done so I am NOT satisfied! All that was done is I am off their spam list. I will believe that if/when I no longer see any spam from them ever again. Since I first contacted them, I have taken my money and business elsewhere to places that gave prices, sent money to them and received what I ordered. They got the bad image and negative reference they wanted.
