24/7 Vancouver Locksmith

I called because I had locked a room in my home with the keys still in that room. There website said it would be $35 , they send someone and he claimed the door was high security and very hard to open and it would cost me $150. He then picked the lock which didn't work then used tools he called pillows to open the door. He said $150 cash and did not give me a receipt. The next day my key doesn't work to open the door and again I am locked out, I called explaining he must have ruined the lock because my key won't work. He said it was my fault and I must have done something and if I wanted him to come back it would cost me another $85 I spoke to two males who were very rude and disrespectful yelling at me claiming it was my fault and then he refused to come back and do anything without more money. The website says satisfaction guaranteed and they did not honour that at all.
