On September 12th I contacted Plumbing to have a garbage disposal replaced The repairman came in changed out the disposal and then stated we had a lot of water under the sink and we should get it look at by a company called ECO Dry because I could have extensive water damage or moldBeing worried about this issue, I followed their advice and Plumbing contacted the company and had someone come out to take a look at the water damageI was told we had 99% moisture under our cabinet and that they need to be pulled out At that point ECO dry asked for our insurance information and filed a claim
Point is this is a scam and I’m filing a Revdex.com claim as well against ECO dryThese two companies are working hand in hand to tear up peoples home, work doesn't get finished and they are getting paid for itAs of today I do not have a working kitchen or garbage disposalAll because we took the advice of plumbing to use ECO dry

Service was canceled on 11/5/Have contacted the company by phone at least a dozen timesHave yet to receive a refund

On 12/28/we called this business regarding a yard water leak (we've used this company in the past with good success), a service man showed up for a total of 15-minutes using his camera-phone to show another company rep the issue he couldn't figure-out/solve After 15-minutes total, it was determined a more experienced rep will arrive the next day On 12/29/2016, my wife was home for the qualified service man (and the other servicing man came along to be trained), they were there for a total of 1-hour and with limited materials (~ 15-ft of tubing + tubing brackets) - this company quoted $total to my wife for this limited work effort and took advantage her When I arrived home from work and heard the story, saw the work and listened to how my wife felt she was "ripped-off-because-she was-a-woman" I called the company to seek an apology and a refund of $(based on estimated labor/service call charge/materials/mileage/etc.) on 12/and I was told I'd receive a callb

CAVEAT EMPTOR...In July of my year old father empoyed the services of 24/for a self diagnosed slab leak not yet leaking into the home We were under anxiety and duress and wanted the problem fixed They determined a reroute of plumbing would be the best choice In my absence, they gave my father the price on an invoice and he wrote a check for payment in full, up front the day before the job was started Mistake number one...paying all fees up front when we were told over the phone that pay schedule would be 1/up front and remainder at completion of project
The project cost was $6, for replacing the hot AND cold fresh water lines over to the manifolds....only feet of reroute for an hour day with pipe material cost of Mistake number two was that it was not necessary to reroute the cold water line; however, they told us that they would only charge us $2,for the cold line vs the 4,for the hot line We were upsold and as consumers fell prey to this plumbing company A 94-year old ex veteran was taken advantage
Our mistake was not getting enough information and estimates, and these plumbers knew it and seized the opportunity We then researched tradesman and the local plumbing union and found that this hour job should have cost less than half of their fee
Not to mention, that they had to come back twice to remedy some things And, to further our disappointment, we had a major concern regarding a reduction in water pressure and volume which we addressed in a letter and never received a response from them in months time We would need to hire another plumber to substantiate our concern At this point, I hope this review will serve the purpose of reminding consumers to be aware
Hopefully this review will emphasize Caveat Emptor...Buyer beware...FTC's rule to live by DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR ELDERLY loved ones or any one

The repair person was on time and worked hard to do a superior job, best part the price was the same as what we were quoted on the phone!
