I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive the services I paid for and no one attempted to contact me and would like refunded for service I never received

4 Personal Training sessions available to her each month for 96.00 or 24.00/session.   [redacted] contacted the local Fitness Director in July in order to cancel her agreement due to relocation.  Per the Terms and Conditions of her original agreement, [redacted] was obligated to pay a fee of 50% of the remaining balance on her agreement.  Her remaining balance at the time was 864.00, so her cancellation fee would have been 432.00.  This 50% Buyout would have also resulted in the loss of all sessions previously paid for.  Instead, [redacted] was offered the option to provide proof of her relocation and cancel with a 30 day notice, which would result in her July payment of 96.00 being her final payment.   This option would also allow [redacted] the ability to use all available sessions until the move.   [redacted] accepted this option to cancel on 7/19/16 by signing a Relocation Form which explained the details of this cancellation and confirmed her understanding of them.  Her final payment was taken on 7/20/16 and the local Fitness Director and Personal Trainer made multiple attempts to schedule all sessions [redacted] had available during the time before her move.  After voicing her frustration through email and desire to not use her remaining sessions, the Fitness Director attempted to get [redacted] to come in to the location or discuss the matter on the phone without success.
