delayed in delivering the barricades due to mechanical issue:•Ispoke to Mr. [redacted] and informed me of the delay and that we would be delivering the barricades in the afternoon;•Iarrived on site about 3:30 pm and he informed me that he hired another company; and•Iinformed him that we will refund him his money at our office.Mr. [redacted] paid $105.oo- for barricade rental and we have issued a check for refund.If there are any questions, please call me at (808) 306-4584.Very truly yours, 24 TOW-IT-ALL
