Locked out of house in Medfield and called 24 Hour a Day Locksmith since they were the only locksmith in Medfield that were listed on the Internet. When I called and asked for a quote they said they could not until they showed up to look at it. When they got to the house (in an umarked white van), he went right up to the door without consulting me, used a crowbar to open the door right away and then they wanted to change me $300 which I thought was absolutely outrageous! If I had any idea they were going to charge, that, I definitely would not have called them.
My wife ended up paying this bill with her credit card to get rid of this guy, but I would like to get some restitution on this company and a formal apology from it's owner for this criminal behavior.
I would also like to inform as many people as possible about this company so that this does not happen to anybody else.
