Review: Business stated they could perform a service, lied to me about the service being provided, company continues to harrass me via telephone about service needed.Desired Settlement: Business is so unprofessional I expect nothing. I want to warn the public not to engage services with this company as they compromised 2 hours of my day with blatant lies and promises.

Review: I called this company to obtain entry into my house. I waited approx. 1 1/2 hours for the locksmith to come out. In the meantime I had a friend inform me she could come let me in. The man arrived just as I concluded my conversation with my friend. The man got out of his unmarked vehicle told me he had been told it was a vehicle he needed to help me with. I told him it was the door. He quoted me a price of $120 and I told him that was unacceptable. He said he wanted to call for a better price. I said no. The manager called Me to see what the problem was after the locksmith left. I told him the problem. He said he understood but that I needed to pay the service fee. I told him I have no way of paying that as I had neither check nor credit card with me. I said he could bill me. He refused to send me a bill. At this point I find it shadey that he can't bill me but is willing to take my credit card over the phone. Both the manager and the locksmith have called me a couple of times which I have ignored. I feel like they are trying to bully me into paying now.Desired Settlement: Please advise me as to what needs to happen.
