Review: My son called 24 Hour Anytime Locksmith to remove a key the was stuck in his car's ignition. The locksmith told him it would cost $150.00 to get the key out and $250.00 to fix the ignition and get a new key. The locksmith broke the key in the ignition, took the ignition out, said he couldn't get the key out or fix the ignition. He charged my son $250.00 and told him he could use a screwdriver to start the car.He also didn't give my son a receipt. My son shouldn't have paid him but he is 19 years old and thought he had to pay. I feel that the locksmith took advantage of him because of his age. I called the manager of the company at least four times looking for help. He said he contacted the locksmith and the locksmith would call me. It never happened. I wouldn't recommend this company. They were neither reliable or honest.Desired Settlement: The locksmith, or company he works for should refund $225.00. Keep the $25.00 fee for coming out to look at the car.
