24 Hour Appliance Repair

I paid for refrigerator/repair services on 6/2/to a Mr [redacted] (service technician for Homes Appliance Repair (also dba Homes Appliance Service) He cashed the check on Monday when the bank opened I was guaranteed a 6-month warranty on the service and the appliance has never been fixed appropriately [redacted] relayed that my freezer/refrigerator would be back up and running in about hours after he left (it never did), and it is not functioning properly I've lost food as a result I've called and text multiple times and even had a service appointment scheduled on 6/12/- NO CALL AND NO SHOW Their voice mailbox is now full and they won't take my calls or text me back Services have NOT been rendered and I'm out $ They have other bad complaints online as well I would like my money back because my refrigerator/freezer is in the same state it was before he arrived Product_Or_Service: Hard Start is what I was told Order_Number:
