I went through their car wash two Sundays ago & my windshield was shattered after their equipment failed to properly push my vehicle which was in neutral forward and it got jammed and jerked around which immediately shattered my front windshield The attendant had to hit the emergency stop and then my vehicle caught the track and proceeded with the rest of the wash I pulled back around to the front and showed both attendants the damage They had both scrubbed the front end and windshield before I entered the wash and had guided me on to the tracks so they knew it had just happened The taller Caucasian boy was very apologetic and said he saw exactly what happened & that it was 100^ their ewpments fault He then had me fill out an incident report which he also filled out He said I should expect a call right away When I did not, I contacted the company via email They acted surprised that no one had called and they gave me contact info for the Dorsett location I was
