Review: My Ridgeway Grandfather clock was not working. On April 27, 2013, **. [redacted] came to my home to retrieve the necessary parts from the clock for repair. On May 10, 2013 **. [redacted] returned the parts and reassembled the clock. However, the clock does not keep the correct time. Within a week's time, the clock will be at least twenty minutes fast. I immediately tried contacting them, calling over eight times leaving messages about the problem. Someone returned my call and we arranged a service time and date. No one showed or contacted me, missing one day from work. Calling them again leaving several messages, the same person contacted me explaining she did not know what happened in the situation. Another date has not been arranged because I am going to take off another day from my employment to wait for service. Instead, I suggested that **. [redacted] come to my residence on my day off. I have not heard from the company as of this date. Experiencing that customer service is not operating with good integrity, I'm skeptical in thinking that they will honor their three year warranty.Desired Settlement: Repair the clock, adjust the time so that it is functioning correctly.
