I can not believe this half truth is coning from a lawyerYes, we were there to do the generator maintenance, as well as, the sunscreen awning
I was told to call Taylor, TX or Nacogdoches, Txand they would know where to get arms for awning
This was advice from *** in helping me help her locate parts.I made the calls and Tyler TX told me the arm kit is which included hinge kitI relayed back to *** with estimate in hand and explained to her in order to have these arms ordered and sent out overnight I need cash to place order since credit cards will not go through until two daysSo, she agreed to estimate to replace all three arms and generator maintenance with door to screen handle replacement
After a day and checking on order I spoke to the company in Taylor TX and they told me that the arms are a pieceI immediately called an RV company in mo I gave the lady the carefree Mirage numbers to order arms and told me a man would call me backHe did which was toward end of day and that he is waiting for price from Colorado, was the Mirage Co is inIf they did not call back it will be MondayI spoke to *** about thisMonday comes and I called the RV place in MO and told me the arms are a piece, and would take a week and a half for the arms to get to me*** went off on meFrom *

More services were done than what the customer is stating. We were asked to diagnose her generator not putting out power. found a breaker was tripped due to wiring was shorting to ground. Did a performance check to out put, repaired wiring and...

wire strapped wiring in a secure manner. We also installed sway bar link bushings to front end. Shocks were not done due to I was told to not do them and she would have the done near her home. I explained to her the when the leveling jacks were welded to frame, that the bolt head end is facing the the leveling mount and can not pull bolt out to remove shocks. In that, I would have to cut off head of bolt with torch and replace bolt installing the head of bolt in the opposite direction.
