I called for a locksmith to come out and two showed up being very rude and fighting with each other as to who was getting paidThey LITERALLY fought back and forth about the other being incompetent as if that would make me feel okI was told it was $for the service call and starting at $to open my door When they arrived they told me it was $for the service call and $to open the doorThen one guy says just pay me $because this guy doesn't know what he's doing I was floored They finally got the door open and lo and behold they broke my lockNow they are fighting about who's fault it issmhWho caresjust fix itThen they fix it and put it on upside down Its like my door isn't even aliened correctly anymore They worked on the [redacted] lock but now my deadbolt won't lock Then I called to inform the company of what happened and the manager Jasmine was rude and disrespectful as wellSave yourself the headache and just bust out a windowIts easier to call Wallside and have a window replaced than to deal with this incompetent company

We called 24 Hour Local Locksmith after our son locked his keys in his car. The website advertised a trip fee of $14 (which is actually turned out to be $14.99) and a starting price of $29.99 for getting into a locked car. As it turns out, after less than 10 minutes of work, the locksmith charged us $209 for his work. He wrote out an "invoice" claiming that he had to new tools of the trade that jacked the price up. This is an older Nissan that could have easily been opened by a simply window tool. He explained that the price online is only a start price and covers labor. This is clearly dishonest as with each trip they make they will have to use tools that will ultimately jack up the price. It will never be labor alone. I talked with the manager who was rude beyond belief. The company clearly reels you in with low prices, uses unnecessary fancy tools to get into your car and then jacks the price up by hundreds of dollars after 10 minutes of work. It is highway robbery at it's best.
