this customer has a signed retail installment contract that she failed to fulfill  she has a unpaid balance.  secondly the account is not as old as she would like to think.  at this time the contract is in the hands of our atty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I  reviewed appear below.
I have not been directly contacted since our last message. If they did contact me once again they did not leave a voice message. I have not spoken to any member or legal representative of this organization directly since our last talk about 6 months or so ago. I have the ability to get a written statement from said individual who was harassed as well as witness reports. No direct contact has been made with myself to resolve this as well as no settlement has been agreed upon. If there is records of this acceptance of settlement it has been fabricated. I have paid in total well over three hundred dollars thus far for subscriptions to five magazines. I have more than paid what's due for an average subscription which by a normal magazine subscription would just have been suspended. Once again I want this resolved without legal action. I am available to speak more on this issue if need be.

This company told me that magazines were forwarded to an address that is
[redacted] road which I believe is my ex mother in laws address.  I did
make that up. In 2002 I moved to [redacted].  How could we have had a mailing address in [redacted].

So I have read the response Allied Publishing, or 716 services stated. First of all the first time around with Allied Publishing was NOTHING like dealing with these people.( Also half of this cost)  When you called them you spoke to someone,(they would actually call once in awhile to make sure all mags. were being received.) not rude people who hang up on you. My account is paid in full , I paid direct to Rebecca W.. The only person in that business with any customer service skills. I did not scream at them until they called my job over 15 times within 4 days and  claimed to be lawyers for the company, which is a lie.( I also thought in NY it is illegal for them to contact your place of work, when they were provided with a personal phone number) I asked them to remove me from all future call lists, paid account in full and would never deal with them again. I thought the Revdex.com was there to investigate complaints, not simply listen to what the company says, they are lying to all of there customers. Proof, my mom was called and told  she had a great report with them, had a 10% discount for her, she explained she has never ordered from them , they insisted she had, she hung up, called back with in 20 minutes different person this time.
