I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below So I have read the response Allied Publishing, or services statedFirst of all the first time around with Allied Publishing was NOTHING like dealing with these people.( Also half of this cost) When you called them you spoke to someone,(they would actually call once in awhile to make sure all magswere being received.) not rude people who hang up on youMy account is paid in full , I paid direct to Rebecca WThe only person in that business with any customer service skillsI did not scream at them until they called my job over times within days and claimed to be lawyers for the company, which is a lie.( I also thought in NY it is illegal for them to contact your place of work, when they were provided with a personal phone number) I asked them to remove me from all future call lists, paid account in full and would never deal with them againI thought the Revdex.com was there to investigate complaints, not simply listen to what the company says, they are lying to all of there customersProof, my mom was called and told she had a great report with them, had a 10% discount for her, she explained she has never ordered from them , they insisted she had, she hung up, called back with in minutes different person this timeShe hung up againThank you, [redacted]
I have responded to his complainthis retelling of the facts are totally wrong I have spoken to the people that contacted this customer they state that there was never any threat of jail only of civil legal action he does not deny the debt the signed contract the settlement was excepted and verified buy the legal dept

[redacted] ordered a renewal on her subscriptions: We verified that order with her including the magazines, the cost, the payment plan, and the no cancelation clauseAll of witch she agreed to We then paid in full for her subscriptions in fullWe do want her to make her payments in a timely fashion
this customer has a signed retail installment contract that she failed to fulfill she has a unpaid balance secondly the account is not as old as she would like to think at this time the contract is in the hands of our atty
this customer has a signed retail installment that remains unfulfilled with an outstanding balancethe facts as reported by the customer are far from the actual events and a product of the internet mentalitythe account is in the hands of our attyon the 25th of feb this person made arrangements to pay and has not done so
