I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The owner did refund the money via [redacted], but would not have refunded the money had [redacted] not gotten involved. I have seen at least 6 other Allstate owners with the same complaints/issues with this company and the only way they got refunded was by complaining to [redacted]. I am happy I got the money back, however people should know this persons/company history and be aware of the risk. I have yet to hear of anyone who had a positive experience with them.
