I have purchased a 247helpalert unit for my Las Vegas home and I was amazed at what this unit is all about They told me that I could track my family members and it truly does The system scans the world and leads me to the location of my wife I can press a button and directly communicates with herI included some of my friends (with their permission) in my system and I would find out what they are up to and where they are so I can join them This is cool This 247helpalert has their own unique Apps and it included a button for Road Side Assistance I pressed the button just to check it out - and a real live person came on wanting to know if I was okay This is great! I traveled to California for a visit to my families and friends and I demonstrated it to them and they were awed by what the system can do I understand that they are now open in Mexico and Canada however, I have yet to verify that I was told that you can actually place a camera in another country and see the video picture while in the US It does what was claimed within the US I believe it will because it uses Google technology and therefore if Google is available in any country, it should workI love this unit I am buying there doorbell camera You seen it on TV Before you can press the button on the doorbell it is already taking a picture of you and then sending the picture to the owner of the house to identify you The owner of the house can speak and whoever is pressing the button or coming close to the door can hear it This could make the person think the owner is inside the house when in fact they may be some place away from the house THIS IS GREAT!! I love it

Review: I [redacted] purchased 24/7 Help Alert Distributor membership on 11/25/14 for $299.00. I called for their roadside assistance service on 12/14 and was informed that the company services were not even active until 1/15 when the company was to be actually launched, I was not even informed at time of purchase that the company was in pre launch. I decided to ask for 100% refund, as stated in their "terms and conditions (30 days), absolutely NO response from their email addresses,

I've emailed them at least 7-10 times since 12/14 and called their numbers at least 5-8 times also... Always an answering service stating that they will respond within 24 hours...

NO RESPONSE WHAT-SO-EVER..... Notified my bank of this failure to receive services also.... No response to their inquiries also.

I totally feel that 24/7 Help Alert has scammed me in a number of ways, because of not stating that the business was not launched at the time of my signing up for their service and being totally unresponsive to my attempts to communicate and request 100% Refund.... (Within the 30 day period stated in terms and conditions)......

Highly Unprofessional and Totally Dishonest Business Practices..........Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a Full Refund of my Funds in the amount of my $299.00
