Review: I placed an order ([redacted]) on May **, 2013 for a watch.with 24 Diamonds. I revieved a confirmation e-mail for the order. At this point the order has not been fulfilled. I have emailed and called the company multiple times asking for an update but have not received a return call or email.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the merchandise or have the order cancelled. I am concerned that the company has my credit card information and clearly is not an honorable institution.

After 5 days I ALREADY RECEIVED that chain. It looks lovely!!! I also tested it for gold purity at my jeweler. And he confirmed it is real. THANKS A LOT TO 24DIAMONDS FOR GREAT SERVICE. My husband loves the chain, and wears it every day!
