Additionally, we would like to respond to the student's general complaint that our tutor did not provide satisfactory quality. The poor results obtained here have to do with the fact that the student failed to inform the tutor that the work they were doing together was a timed exercise, therefore it was impossible for the tutor to properly budget his time into a successful outcome. The student was honest enough to admit his error in one of his emails to us:

In summary, our tutor took the work on very short notice and did not know he was working against the clock until it was too late. The student has acknowledged his error and has been thoughtful and honest enough to apologize for it. Despite this, we were happy to provide the refund he requested in a prompt manner, as we always try to be as considerate as possible to our customers

Tutors will submit incomplete work with misspelled words, bad grammar and incomplete sentences. Avoid these people! Beware of a tutor named BizPro.

I enjoyed 24houranswers.com because I felt there tutors were far more competent than tutors on other websites. From what I gathered most sites have college students teaching college students and often are ill-equipped to handle difficult tasks on the graduate level this site could handle all concepts I struggled with in finance and accounting.

Also they provided me a discount code since I was a first time user which was really nice, if anyone is interested it was [redacted].

Review: I paid 50$ for tutoring service online. My homework online was to answer 25 questions. My [redacted] supposedly part of the " ELITE MBA Team" provided me 10 answers wrong out of 25 with wrong explanations. Not only I got a bad grade on my assignment but receiving wrong explanations advice. I felt upset because I feel that If the online automate grading portion was not implemented, I was going to learn the wrong materials from this tutor and fail any future exam. Furthermore, I was upset that I wrote an email about refunding 25% of my money due to the bad mark and wrong answers. I got an email from [redacted] asking if I could send in proof and then after he would refund me back asap. I sent proof of the wrong answers and sent another email asking if that's all he needed and have not heard from him again. Meanwhile, the [redacted] was acting very immature through messaging that it made me snap. All I asked him was to be honest with me. He couldn't do that and accept it. He had to rush my questions due to other assignments he was working on. Rather being honest and say," hey, I'm sorry I only know a few of these, the rest I don't know". Would of been great and I would of respected the honesty. But moving forward just to complete it and make that money is not cool. Tutor should know their limit and not overload even if its busy season.Desired Settlement: To refund me 25% of the money.
