I ordered a charging cord for my *** in January of Although I received it in a timely manner, it was not the correct productIt took multiple phone calls and emails to finally reach the company, who finally sent me a return shipping label and stated they would send out the correct product as soon as the return arrived at the facilityThe return arrived on February 22nd, at 1pm (tracking is great)I waited months for the corrected product, made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emailsI still have yet to receive my product after months of waiting! I was sad to see there were 50+ unresolved disputes through Revdex.com

I purchased a charger from this company and six months later it stopped workingThey have a one year warranty but you have to pay shipping ($16) plus a $administrative fee to them to get your replacement chargerI only paid $for the original charger!! This is a scamAfter reading all the complaints (so far this year alone) and reviews I believe they are intentionally selling faulty productsTheir customer service is the worst I have ever experiencedNo one answers their phoneI was on hold for five minutes and then it sent me to a mailboxAnother phone number listed on the website is disconnectedThey do not respond to your emails quickly and refused to let me talk to a supervisorI have never had that happen with a company before
