24HR Mobile Diesel Repair & Towing

Review: On Sunday, March **, 2015 [redacted] had a Tractor broken down on the side of the road.We were looking for a towing company to tow our tractor to a facility to be repaired and the trailer would also need to be towed.We found this company called 24hr Mobile Diesel Repairs & Towing, [redacted] and we contacted them for towing. They informed us that they were NATIONWIDE and would get a tow truck to us. They needed to have $500 deposit for the Trailer and a $150 deposit for the Tractor before they could have it towed. We gave them the credit card number for this down payment towards the towing. [redacted] in [redacted] received a call that [redacted] was in need of a tow truck for a Tractor that was also in need of road side assistance and a trailer that needed to be just towed as well. [redacted] called our Driver to make arrangement to the get to the location of the [redacted] vehicles, which was about 25 miles from the [redacted] facility in [redacted]. While trying to perform roadside service on our Tractor it was determined it needed to be towed back to [redacted] Facility. Both the tractor and the trailer were towed back to [redacted].On Monday, March **, 2015, the work was completed by 4:30 pm Eastern time. [redacted] gave our driver a bill for the towing and it was $900.00. When the [redacted] Company was questioned about the $650 down payment that we had already paid to the 24hr Mobile Diesel Repairs & Towing, they did not know anything about a down payment. Nor did they know anything about this 24hr Mobile Diesel Repairs & Towing, INC. This is a case of fraud by the 24hr Mobile Diesel Repairs & Towing Company. They took $650 from our credit card with the misconception that it was a down payment to pay the towing company.We went to their website this morning and found that we are not the only Company that they have scammed..Sincerely[redacted],[redacted]Desired Settlement: Would Like our $650, this was fraud, they told us that it was a downpayment for the towing. They never gave money nor did [redacted] know who this company was They told us they never heard of them. We paid $900 to [redacted] plus the down payment to 24 hr Repairs Inc
