On November 12, 2016 I purchased a pair of "light-up" shows from a booth at the North Florida Fair. The sales person indicated in case of a problem we could not get a refund, but we would be able to exchange the shoes. In the 2 weeks after the sale, numerous problems developed with the shoes, even though the shoes were used as directed. On December 1 by certified mail returned receipt requested, I sent a letter to the person listed as principal of the business on the State of Florida flabiz web site. In the letter I explained the defects with the shoes and requested a replacement or refund of the $50 cost. I have heard nothing since then, and the return receipt has been been returned.
