I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12409348, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I was told that my spark plugs needed to be changed on my BMW 328i, I was billed $to change spark plugs The car was running worse than when I took it in The mechanics assured me that he changed the plugs when I questioned him about it, He told me to come back in today Monday to have a coil replaced for an additional fee I had my car towed to another mechanic who took out the spark plugs that have never been changed and are the original plugs from the dealer I would like to be refunded for the work that was never done to my car

Always good to me when I go in for an oil change or When I call cause my car acting funny and making noises

This shop is a rip off, My girlfriend took her truck in because it was misfiring and the mechanic, Juan said it needed a tune up, new spark plugs, ignition coil, basic tune up...then he did and oil change without asking even though I just did an oil change two weeks prior, but after he worked on the truck, the truck wouldn't start at all...Then he said the head gasket was blown he thinks..Lol if the head gasket was blown there would be milky oil..and the radiator would of be low or even smoking white while driving...But anyway, he goes and does a head gasket job and again an oil change and both times changes the oil and oil filter and yet the oil filter he just put in never even had oil in itremember the truck never started...This shop is a complete rip off
