$25 Dollar Car Rental

Review: I rented a car for a month, however, after the first day driving the air conditioner stopped working and the car did not go into reverse. I called them immediately and was told to bring the car in the next day and they will exchange it without a problem. I called the next day and was told they could not exchange it for anything. I knew something was not right and decided to return the car. After attitude and them ignoring and refusing to tell me the name of a supervisor or the boss, I decided to return the car. What do they do? they charged me full price for 2 days. I just don't get how they have the audacity to charge me for 2 days when they did not have any cars for exchange and they told me to wait another day. I would have gladly returned it the next morning to only pay for one day. In addition, most normal car rentals and business I have dealt with compensate you when the service or quality is bad. This place knows the system and they have your credit card on file so they do as they please. Also, when I was renting the car, I over heard this lady complaining so this place seems to be a bunch of thieves. The way I look at it is they stole a $100 from me because they know how to abuse the system and if they were to take cash they would never have gotten away with this.Desired Settlement: I would like to be charge 1 day for the monthly rate at $20
