At this time, I have been contacted directly by Park regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business has still not issued me a refund and has been somewhat harassing me because I have posted complaints They will respond and say
they are taking care of the refund but then they go radio silent and never issue the refund and don't respond to me at all when I reach out dailyI found out that they have another email address they can be contacted at which is: *** *** ***
