Review: I took my daughters wedding dress on 7/1/2015 to $2.99 cleaners in thomasville. I went in the store talked to the ower mrs kim , I asked if they sealed the wedding box after it was cleaned she said yes . I asked her can I look at the dress before they seal the box to make sure they got all the stains out .she told me they would call me .She told me she would do my daughters dress for 124.99 . I asked her again about the stains and the box beening sealed she said yes yes its ok .Nobody never called me so I went by to see what was going on ,they had my my daughters dress in a box not sealed . The young girl told me it was ready . I told her nobody never call me before they sealed it . We took the box out the dress was not seal . We took the wedding dress out dirt and grass fell off the dress. The girl said it needed to go back to get cleaned again and it needed to be fixed back in the box right . It looked like someone just layed it in there ,not fix. I said ok and make sure they seal the box right and to call me . So she left a not on the box make sure sealed good all the way ariund the box costermer is very upset if not sealed right .so nobody called me I went up there on8/6/2015 to see if my daughters dress was ready . Got there the box was sealed with clear tape . I asked the lady why is it taped she she thats how they sealed it . I told her thats not what I paid for . We opened the box up and the inside box was not sealed . I asked her to talk to mrs kim . The lady told me that I had to go to the main store in Lexington to talk to her. I went on monday the 10 th . Went in the store,asked for. the ower he was sewing . The lady proceed to talk to me about the box . She told me thats how they do there wedding dress and nobody conplains . I told her they have not done what Mrs kim said she chould do and now I have to have someone else to fix what they didnt do .mr Kim came over said thats how they do there .I only paid 124 sorry. I asked him is this how you do your customers. I out 124.00Desired Settlement: I think I should get a refund if it takes 2 times to clean the dress . Dont listen to what the customer asked for. And it took a month to do it . And I have to pay someone else to do it again right.
