markersI'm not a fabricating shop, I do vinyl wrappingWe do remove the body parts such as bumpers head and tail lights, fenders, door handles and anything else that needs to be removed in order to wrapI had someone do some body work on the left rear quarter panel, along with the rear bumperWe didn't even charge him for thatHe also claimed he was a mechanic and was going to install all of the extra parts by himselfWhich he didn'tHe would just show up to our garage and sit and watch us workFor hoursMany hoursWhile removing the fenders, I saw that the fenders had been rolledOr someone one triedEither way it was a horrible jobWe told *** multiple times that it wasn't a good ideaHe wouldn't listen and just kept showing us pics from the Internet, which was no help, it was just a picture showing the end result. We also told him multiple times that not every thing will have the same resultsThere was never any mention about us having to fabricate parts just so his bumper and front grille could be mountedThey aren't even for his vehicleI believe it's a coupe parts but his is a sedanHe then said that he wasn't leaving until we installed everythingAgain we told him no, he says oh just screw the fender flare to the fender by going in the wheel well and drilling from the inside outWe had tried to strongly suggest that he either Don't put them on, or Go to a shop that fabricates partsI'm a vinyl guy and can do some small body work, but that's about itWe placed some double sided sticky tape to hold on the fender flares, but it kept peeling away from where it was taped, and this is because his fenders had been rolled, like I mentioned earlier*** came over the next morning with screws and wanted us to screw them on from the inside outWe again say no, but he didn't listen and told us to screw them inThese fender flares were also very thin and hollow, a screw isn't going to do much at allGot in the wheel well to try and screw them on with the screws that *** providedThe screw went through the fender and went out the other side of the fender flareHe left and that's the last I heard about himHe never tried to come back for anythingHe's also been entering his car in car shows, also his car on lime the waterfrontWe took pics of his car when we were there, we didn't see much wrong*** also told me that I didn't install his side skirts properly or with the provided hardwareWhen he said that I told him to come back and I'll put the clips inOr 4, for each sideHe never came backA few weeks later I wrapped another car that knows him, and that's when I first found out he was bashing usI even tried to compromise, I said that if he goes and gets those fender flares molded, that I'd wrap his car again at no chargeI feel as if he didn't appreciate any of the free work we gave himI should have told him no, we aren't going to do thatIf you want it done go to another shopI also have statements from his buddies that have seen his car along with the people from his car clubI still don't have a problem redoing his vehicleI'll even let him change colors, but he has to get the fender flares molded onHopefully this isnt too long of a message, but we are only guilty of trying to please a customerThank you for taking time to read this email
