I've been taking my vehicles there for years. Even though it is a drive (I live in Surprise), it is important to me to go somewhere I know that I can trust. How many auto repair shops can say they've won the Revdex.com *INTERNATIONAL* Torch Award for Ethics?

Most recently, during a routine oil change, I was told by a dealership that my vehicle needed three additional services. I took my vehicle and all of my prior service records to 25th Street Automotive for a second opinion. I only needed one of the services they said I did. I spent about $100 instead of $400. Glad I did.

We've gone here for years and had excellent service. Recently, my car stopped running while out driving. I called AAA and had the car towed to 25th Street Automotive. Bill told me up front they were busy, but would get to it when possible. They called the next morning and had to order a part being shipped from LA. I got my car back the following afternoon -- much quicker than I was expecting! We will continue to recommend 25th Street Automotive to friends!

I was recently having my oil changed, near my home, and wanted the auto center to look over my car as I was driving to the Midwest soon. I was informed my vehicle required extensive work and would be very expensive to repair. Immediately drove my car to 25th St. Automotive for their opinion. [redacted] agreed with one of the repairs, but not the other. ([redacted] was honest about the other's fair quote, and that he couldn't obtain parts within my time frame to travel.). Took my vehicle back to have the necessary work done, only. They did not question anything. Next stop for anything automotive: 25th Street Automotive!!
