I received an invoice for a dental procedure that I did not authorize I authorized receiving the customary routine silver filling material, but was surprised to have been mailed an invoice two weeks later that charged me for a white filling material that my insurer [redacted] would not cover I was not given notice by Amara at the time of the procedure that there would be an extra surcharge for a white filling materialI twice attempted to inform and settle this error with the staff, who stated they would have it corrected and cancel any further billing invoices Nothing was corrected and I still continue to receive periodic invoice requests via mail
