MsHuang had requested we review cameras that Saturday; however, our customer service department is only available M-F, 9-Our staff followed protocol by taking *** *** information and providing our phone number, which is ###-###-####. We have reviewed the cctv footage along with the complaint We will be happy to issue a refund in the amount requested back to her original credit card (receipt attached)We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have posed
