Review: Dropped of a Comforter with a stain on it - pointed it out to them. Make us pay $35 + tax = $37.36 when we drop it off. Wait 5 days and get the comforter back with the stain still on it. Spoke to the owner (Lee) she tells me she will not refund the money. I tell her that I dropped it off with a stain and received it back with same stain - no difference - she tells me no refunds will try again. I said no thank you - you did not perform the service that you were paid to do so I want my money back. She tells me no - it is company policy. I ask to speak to her supervisor and she tells me she is the owner. I explain that it is not that you can't give me my money back, it is you wont. I told her she is not entitled to the money since she did not perform the service she was hired to perform. I let her know I would contact Better Business and she says fine - good bye.Desired Settlement: Would like my $37.36 refunded.

Review: Left my clothes at the dry cleaners and looked at the recepit and noticed that I was being charged for long dresses when the dresses were to my knees. The cleck said that I was so tall that it does not matter because this is what they can a long dress. The advertisments state long dress short dress. I said that this was a short dress which ws at my knees. The lady then said you are to TALL this is a long dress. No where in the ads are inches listed for short dress long dress. I am being punished for being tall. I had to pay more. NOT FAIR manamegement did not careDesired Settlement: 3.00 refund for short dress to long dress
