Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted].

Review: On May 7th I went in to 29 Consign to have them sell my shirts I no longer needed. I brought in 25-30 [redacted],Dress button shirts, 3 sweaters, and 1 jacket. They gave me back 3 sweaters and a jacket and told me to bring them back in the fall so they can sell them then. I was given a contract stating they will have the clothes displayed for 90 days. Whatever sold they would give me 45% and they will keep 55% of the profits. The left over items I could come back to pick them or allow them to donate them. I elected to have them donated after the 90 day time period. On 08/13/2014 I contacted 29 Consign (because I hadn't heard from them) to see what I made from my shirts being sold. I gave her my information she said she has no record of these shirts being entered in the system in my name. She could find a toy I turned in on the same day but no shirts. She says it probably got added to another account, sorry theres nothing I can do for you. She said we do need to be better at tracking the items. So does this happen all the time? Do they lie and just keep the profits for themselves. After work I went into the store to see if I could find one of my shirts, in hopes to find what account they have it attacthed to. No such luck. I am very upset about this. Im a struggling single mom of two small childern. This money would have been a huge help. She really didnt seem surprised this happened. In my mind they stole from me. The associate who took my items in is [redacted]. She is also the owner of the store as off two weeks ago. Very very dissatisfied. My friends will know to not go there!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the profits for my shirts at 45%.
