To whom it may concern:
My complaint #*** has not been resolved yetThe main issues I have with 2B Development are:
Issue #1: Misrepresentation from Salesman when he sold me the windowsThe Salesman (*** ***) came to my house on June 10, to sell me the windows and sliding doors. I showed him the issue I was having with cold air coming inside my house for both front windows. The Salesman (*** ***) said the price he’s quoting me for the front casement windows will cover everything to fix my issueBoth front casement windows still feel cold air coming in
Issue #2: Inferior service on installing my display window, sliding doors, and casement windows
The installation of my windows and sliding doors were not done correctly on July 24, The right Display Windows was leaking water on Oct 23, and no insulation and aluminum capping for the bottom of both sliding door until January 9, With the inferior service of installing the windows and sliding door, I would probably think that both front casement windows were not installed correctly too

At the same time the service technician can take a look at the Patio Door and the window, if the homeowner can show where the draft is coming in from.12-29-2014Spoke with homeowner and advised him that the screen should be delivered January 5th-9th. Review: I had all my windows and 2 sliding doors repair back in July 2014 and noticed that cold air is coming in from the bottom of both sliding door and 2 front windows. I reported the issue back in Nov 14th and [redacted] came and put some caulking on the inside of the doors and windows on Nov 24th. Issue is not resolved yet. I call 2b Development and spoke to [redacted] on Friday, Dec 5th and Monday, Dec 8th. [redacted] said he will call me back but have not receive a phone call yet. I still feel cold air coming inside the house. Either the doors and windows are defectives or the installation was not install correctly. Also, I need the screen for one of the bedroom window return with a new mesh screen.Desired Settlement: Repair or replace the 2 front windows and 2 sliding doors.
Return the bedroom screen window with the new mesh .
