[redacted], Sales Agent at T-Mobile store, helped us the day we came into the store (Nov. 2011) to upgrade our phones. The first time we went to inquire regarding upgrading our phones, they only offered downpayment and installment basis on the phones and we walked out because we were not interested. The second visit we went in, [redacted] helped us again and said they had a promo that day where we can upgrade our phones and eligible for the discounted price of the phones with NO installment as long as we stay for 2 years. We agreed with the upgrades. The bill we received the following month did not reflect the deal we were offered. We brought the bill to the store and spoke to [redacted]. He said he doesn't understand why customer care at T-Mobile inputted the wrong information. This whole thing dragged on for months, we kept going to the store everytime we would get our bill to discuss with [redacted] and he kept telling us the same thing that he called customer care and they would fix it, he doesn't understand why they're not fixing it, that we should only be paying $106 per month. Last month (Aug. 2012) we again went to the store because the bill was not fixed, and [redacted] was no longer employed there. I spoke to [redacted], who is the manager at the store and she didn't have any kind of help for us even though she knew how [redacted] was handling his customers. She even said why didn't we speak to someone else if [redacted] wasn't doing it right, how would we know he was scamming us, she's the Manager and was present most of the time when we were at the store discussing our bill with [redacted]. She only offered that we can return our upgraded phones.
