I call [redacted] for a ticket to Cameroon. We found a ticket for my son an I worth $2500.00 tax and fee included. I was then told by [redacted] to make $1000 deposit via bank tranfer to his account. Then followed by another $1000 in three weeks period followed by $500 to complete the payment. First $1000 was tranfered to [redacted]'s bank account in August [redacted]. I needed to get a receit conformation and to confirm my itinerary before making any subsequent payment. [redacted] also notified me that I will get a full deposit if for whatever reason I choose not to travel. In Octobter afther numerous failed attempts and request for a valid itinerary, I then requested for a refund. [redacted] promised to refund my account several times but did non carry on his promise. I asked my sister whom had referred my to [redacted] to talk to him in attempt to gain my refund. [redacted] was very pleasant and promised to make the refund but until now, nothing has been done.

On another noted [redacted] sent a fake itinerary to my sister, who was also travelling to Cameroon for her mother's funeral. When she arrived at the airport, the airlines said her ticket did not exist.
